Design Imagery Options
If you are not sure what kind of imagery you need for your project, take a look at the options down below. Each type of imagery requires a different amount of time and work, generally moving from least to most.
-
Floorplan/Elevation Screen Shot
If you dont need the formality or presentation of a layout file, Screen Shots are the simplest option. They can have simple dimensions and allow you to see your space or design on the fly and communicate changes quickly. They can be in color or black and white, depending on your needs.

Floorplan/Elevation Layout
For this option, I’ll take your Sketchup file and convert it into a formal Layout Document. This document is intended to be shared with clients and contractors and/or printed for reference. It is dimensioned in detail, and can have your company logo and client information included. You can specify your document dimensions for printing as well.
-
3D Screen Shot
If you are looking for a 3D representation of your space, but do not necessarily need or want to pay for photorealistic rendering, this is a great option, Black and White/ Color / Texture options are available.

3D Photorealistic Rendering
This option is the most time intensive, and therefore the most expensive option. But what client can say no to your design presentation when they can see in what their space can look like in real life?
